Audit credits are needed to run the various types of audits and lead magnets in our app.

All monthly and annual subscriptions include credits that must be used within 30 days. Unused credits do not carry over. You can view our pricing page for details about the number of credits included on each plan. Our annual plans offer a pricing discount and include 50% more audit credits than monthly plans.

For example, if you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan on March 15, you will be allocated monthly audit credits based on your plan, those credits will renew on April 15.

To keep it simple re-running an audit will take the same number of audit credits as running a new audit. All of our lead magnets use 1 credit.

This usage model is a byproduct of dozens of hours of research, which stemmed from our desire to simplify our credit usage model while ensuring we consider the usage metrics of the majority (90%+) of our customers over the past three years.

If you use 80% of your monthly audit credits allocated to your subscription, our application will notify you via email and within the app. Once you have used up all credits, no further audits or lead magnets will be run until the next month.

If you need more credits, you can purchase extra audit credits, which you can use anytime. These search credits last until you use them up—they do not expire as long as you are on a paid Pro or Agency plan.

All our plans are based off of our existing users activity and demand. Since each audit pulls information from paid API calls, we want to ensure our plans remain affordable. Our annual Agency annual plan offers 300 credits a month and would be the best option if you do a lot of audits. You can purchase as many additional audit credits as needed on any plan at anytime.

Our audits are currently available in the following languages: Deutsch, English (US), English (UK), Español, Français, Italian, Nederlands, and Português. Our application also allows you to modify all the text in the reports so you could do it that way if your preferred translation is not available.

There are some reports with areas like design, UI/UX etc that you simply can’t automate and require your manual review using our app or Chrome extension.
